新時代公共汽車有限公司 Macau Nova Era de Autocarros Públicos , SA

澳門新時代公共汽車有限公司(簡稱新時代)的出現,是維澳蓮運經營不善所致外,某程度也證明了當日澳門攻府的改善公共交通政策,希望透過外來第三者去促進競爭,從而提升巴士服務質素的想法,未能完全實現。

二零零九年,澳門特區政府希望透過一個全新營運模式,改善全澳的公共巴士服務,當中包括引入新的經營者以透過競爭去改善服務質素。最終一間由法國威立雅運輸集團及澳門的殷理基集團合資的公司維澳蓮運,成功奪得當中兩組巴士路線的營運權。澳門政府或許當時因為維澳蓮運的法資背景,以及威立雅集團於世界各地營運不同公共交通工具經驗而對其抱予厚望,將當中包括新福利的3號,以及澳巴的10號系列交由維澳蓮運營運,上述路線更是有關公司的招牌路線,以及澳門街的主幹路線。

可惜維澳蓮運提供的服務未能達到政府以及市民的期望,當中首推其所引進的宇通小型巴士故障頻頻,而且設計落後未能適應澳門營運環境。另外,維澳蓮運當時購入的巴士中,最大型的型號只長十點五米,在行走3及10號等主幹路線時候,難以應付龐大的客流量。一切種種都令往後時間,維澳蓮運成為三間巴士公司評分最低的公司。

二零一三年十月一日深夜,維澳蓮發表聲明因長期虧蝕,加上政府未有調整服務費,所以宣佈申請破產。澳門交通事務局隨後接管維澳蓮運,以便在之後六個月維澳蓮運仍能提供巴士服務予澳門巿民。二零一三年十二月初,維澳蓮運正式宣佈破產,最終經過半年時間,二零一四年六月九日,澳門政府宣佈由同年七月一日起,由澳門新時代公共汽車股份有限公司接收及營運原由維澳蓮運營運的巴士服務及車隊,而當中新時代百份之五十股份,是由澳巴所持有。

新時代在投入營運後,就當日維澳蓮運的種種問題作出針對性解決措施,首先是向宇通車廠購買新車,一方面可以取替車隊中被戲稱「村村通」的小巴,另一方面提升整體車輛運載能力,其次新車包括不少十二米的高載客量低地台巴士,除了進一步方便乘客,亦透過改派這些大型巴士行走主幹路線,更有效疏導乘客。新時代同時對外聲稱,積極研究引進低地台小巴的可行性,為澳門帶來更優質及方便的巴士服務。

最終於二零一八年八月一日開始,新時代正式恲入澳巴,後者因此成為全澳最大公共巴士營運商,往日行走在澳門街上的綠巴士,將逐漸消失於每一個街頭畫面之上。

The poor performance of Reolian was not the only reason of the appear of Macau Nova Era de Autocarros Públicos , SA (known as New Eva), but also can be considered as the hope of improving the public bus service standard in Macau by introduced a new operator was totally failed.

The Macau S.A.R. Government tried to improve the public bus service under a new mode of operation in 2009 and inviting new bus operator was included. A joint venture of Veolia Transport RATP from France and HN Group based in Macau was successfully awarded the tender of running two sections of the service package and named Reolian. Probably the background as different public transport all around the world of Veolia, several trunk routes in Macau including 3 operated by Transmac, 10-series routes of T.C.M were transferred to Reolian networks.

Unfortunately the service of Reolian was considered as unsatisfactory, the Yutong minibus cannot meet the operation requirement in the Macau street and always seen broken down on the road. Moreover, the largest bus model in the fleet only 10.5m in length and cannot satisfy the demand on routes 3 and 10 and it was not surprised that Reolian to be the worse bus operator in Macau afterwards.

As a result of the great deficit and no adjustment of the fee paid by the Macau S.A.R. Government, Reolian declared bankruptcy on 1 Oct., 2013 and it was taken over by D.S.A.T of Macau until the end of Apr., 2014 to maintain bus service. On 1Jul., 2014, the entire network and fleet operated by Reolian finally taken over by New Era which T.C.M holding half of the shares. After the operation of New Era, more and more new buses including the 12m full-sized single decker were acquired to increase the fleet carrying capacity and the Yutong minibuses were gradually replaced. In addition, New Era looking for a low floor minibus model for a better and reliable bus service in Macau.

New Era was finally merged into T.C.M on 1 Aug., 2018 and T.C.M become the largest bus operator, the scene of green buses running every corners in Macau was gradually become a page of history.
