五洲龍 FDG6121GC3 Wuzhoulong FDG6121GC3
隨著四十三架五洲龍FDG6920BG投入服務後，車隊平均車齡有所改善之外，亦提升了車隊整體運載能力，但面對著需求不斷上升，仍然有需要購買新車去解決問題。澳巴於二零零七年再次向五洲龍購買新巴士，訂單為六架FDG6121GC3。
五洲龍FDG6121GC3全長十一點六米，可以運載七十九名乘客，當年抵達澳門時除了寫下澳門最長公共巴士紀錄，亦打破了飛鏢最高載客量的紀錄。機械配置方面，澳巴標準配搭的歐盟三型排放標準玉柴引擎，以及Allison全自動波箱，都可以在FDG6121GC3身上找到，對零件儲存及維修有莫大幫助。新車投入服務後，迅即被派往行走25路線，穿梭關閘及黑沙海灘之間，經過威尼斯人渡假村，對疏導龐大的人流有十分正面效果。澳巴隨後再於二零零九年增購五架同款新車，跟首批新車主要分別在於，車頭車頂是白色及車廂採用灰色扶手柱，以及橙色LED電子路線牌。澳巴同樣將這批新車投放到25路線同時，在全數FDG6121GC3上面進行測試全球衛星定位巴士報站系統。
在新巴士營運模式下，25線經營權轉至新福利手上，澳巴便將全數FDG6121GC3安排行走22及MT3路線，但對比FDG6920BG，這批長十一點六米的五洲龍較早從營運車隊中退役，轉作私人租賃用途，員工巴士以及蓮花口岸穿梭巴士。
The average fleet age and carrying capacity were improved after the commissioned of the Wuzhoulong FDG6920BG, however, the demand for public bus service keeps growing, TCM still need additional buses and a batch of FDG6121GC3 was acquired from Wuzhoulong in 2007.
The overall length of this model was 11.6m and provided 39 seatings and 40 standees, they were once the longest and highest capacity public bus model in Macau. FDG6121GC3 was powered by a Euro 3 Yuchai engine and Allison fully automatic transmission which was a standard choice for the TCM fleet for the ease of maintenance and parts storage. All of them were commissioned in 2007 and soon took the role of the FDG6920BG on route 25 with high patronage, running between Portas do Cerco and Praia de Hac Sa, passing through the Venetian Macao. TCM further took delivery of further 5 FDG6121GC3 in 2009 with white roof at the front, grey handrails chosen within the compartment and an oranged coloured LED display. In addition, All FDG6121GC3s were as a test bed for the GPS bus stop announcement system when serving route 25.
Under the new bus operation mode, route 25 was transferred to Transmac and TCM deployed FDG6121GC3 on route 22 and MT3. They had a relative short service life on revenue service when compared to the FDG6920BG, they were then used as private hiring, staff bus and shuttle bus of Lotus Checkpoint Station.
