新福利早於二零零八年年底至零九年年初,從海格引進澳門街首款十二米單層巴士KLQ6126G,憑藉運載九十名乘客的驚人載客量,迅即被按排到往返外港碼頭及關閘的3號路線,以應付龐大的客量。當3號路線於二零一一年八月一日開始,易手到維澳蓮運之後,這批十二米海格便安排行走1A路線。

無疑在面對高客流量路線,這批十二米海格巴士的確能發揮一定作用,但在設計上由於乘客上落車仍需攀爬梯級,未能提供最大便利予乘客。終於在二零一四年,新福利向海格再次購入十二米新車,屬低地台設計的KLQ6129GQE4。新福利是次總共購入七部海格KLQ6129GQE4,在機械規格上,海格一如以往提供康明斯引擎(符合歐盟四型排放標準),配搭福伊特全自動波箱,空調系統採用國內品牌同創的產品,跟隊中其他的海格巴士趨於一致。

至於外觀上,這批KLQ6129GQE4跟早年購入的KLQ6108GQ30 A/T及KLQ6108GQ28E4又有所不同,車嘴設計有所修改,在採用較長的前跨組件之後,可以一道更寛闊的前門,同一時間,在左邊前軸上安排了一張雙人座椅。說到運載能力方面,或許會令人感到一點點失望,海格KLQ6129GQE4合共只能提供三十四個座位及四十五個企位,未能打破KLQ6126G紀錄之餘,亦較澳巴及新時代的十二米宇通巴士遜色。

雖然這批新車早於二零一四年年中已經交付澳門,但卻要等到二零一五年三月才開始服務乘客,而目前這批巴士主要於繁忙時間支援25F路線,偶爾行走1A及5號路線。

The first 12m single decker in Macau, Higer KLQ6126G, was first introduced by Transmac in 2008 and with their capacity of 90 passengers can be accommodated, they were soon be deployed on trunk route 3 running between Portas do Cerco and the Jetfoil to cater the demand. When route 3 transferred to Reolian after 1 Aug ., 2011, this batch of KLQ6126G were then allocated on route 1A.

The Higer KLQ6126G performed well when serving routes with high patronage, however, they are step-entranced and cannot provide much convenience to passengers in need. Finally, a full-sized 12m low floor single decker, Higer KLQ6129GQE4 was introduced. Transmac acquired total 7 KLQ6129GQE4 from Higer and as other Higer buses in the fleet, all of them fitted with Euro 4 emission standard Cummins engine and Voith fully automatic transmission, powerful enough to drive the Tongchuang air conditioning unit.

There are some modifications on the bodywork of this batch of KLQ6129GQE4, a protruding frontal was chosen and a wide entrance was fitted benefited from a longer front over-hang part. In addition, a "two-seater" seat fitted on the nearside front axle. The carrying capacity of this batch of Higer low floor may disappointed general public as only 79 passengers (34 seats plus 45 standees) can be carried, lower than both KLQ6126G and Yutong ZK6128HGE.

Higer already delivered the KLQ6129GQE4 to Macau in mid. of 2014 but they first hit the road in Mar ., 2015 and at present, Transmac mainly arranged them serving peak service 25F and sometimes supporting route 1A and 5.
