平治O814 Mercedes Benz O814
愉景灣購入的O814巴士是一款流行英國的小型巴士，車身配搭除了常見的Plaxton Beaver及Beaver 2型車身外，還有少量配用亞歷山大ALX100車身。愉景灣一九九七年落實購買合約時，亦跟澳門新福利一樣，選取了最流行的Plaxton Beaver 2型車身裝配在O814底盤上，但在細節上有不同取向，首先愉景灣選取是單門車身，另外雖然空調系統雖然同屬開利產品，但有關裝置是收藏於車底。而具體的機械配搭同樣是平治原廠引擎，配以Allison全自動波箱，整個配搭足以驅動空調系統。
DBTSL looked for successor of the Toyota Coaster minibus, when acquiring it last Mercedes Benz O405 full-sized single decker in 1997, two O814 minibuses were also ordered.
Mercedes Benz O814 was the most popular minibus in UK and the bodywork fitted on them commonly included Plaxton Beaver and Beaver 2. In addition, when Walter Alexander launched their ALX-series, some bus operators also chose the ALX100 bodywork for O814 chassis. As Transmac in Macau, the bodywork on the DBTSL Mercedes Benz O814 is Plaxton Beaver 2 but with some differences. Single door version bodywork was chosen and the Carrier air-conditioning unit driven by engine is underfloor instead of roof-mounted. All of them are powered by a Mercedes Benz engine with Allison fully automatic transmission.
These two Mercedes Benz O814 were arrived with allover white livery in early 1998 and decorated with the standard green DBTSL livery after all required registration process. They were assigned on internal shuttle routes and shortly serving DB01R operated between Discovery Bay and Tung Chung Town Centre after the opening of the Discovery Bay Tunnel. Several modifications done on the O814: first, the air-conditioning was changed from Carrier to Konvekta resulted by the poor performance of the former; second, the seating was reduced from 33 to 31 in order to improve the flow of passengers.
Simplified livery was then painted on this pair of O814 and replaced the traditional route display with the electronic route display. They were retired in 2009 as their low capacity and lack of parts and their place were taken by the MAN full-sized single decker.
